The Teachers’ Motivation & Capacity Development Programme 2026, organized by the Education Subcommittee of the School Development Society of Visakha Vidyalaya, was held on 7 August 2026 from 3.00 p.m. onwards at Solis Hotel, Pitakotte.
Held under the theme “Empowered Teachers, Inspired Learners, Stronger Tomorrow,” the programme brought together the Principal and teachers of Visakha Vidyalaya for a day of learning, inspiration, team-building and fellowship.
The programme featured motivational speeches, interactive and fun-filled activities, dances and a range of engaging sessions designed to strengthen professional capacity, encourage collaboration and renew the spirit of educators.
The event celebrated the vital role of teachers in shaping and inspiring the next generation, while creating meaningful opportunities to connect, reflect and grow together.
