The 15th Student Parliament Badging Ceremony of Visakha Vidyalaya for the year 2026 was held on 22nd June 2026 from 9.00 a.m. onwards at the Jeremias Dias Hall, Visakha Vidyalaya.
The ceremony was graced by the Ambassador of Japan to Sri Lanka as the Chief Guest and the First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan to Sri Lanka as the Guest of Honour. The event marked the official induction of the newly elected Student Parliament members, recognizing their leadership responsibilities and commitment to serving the school community.
The occasion was attended by the Principal, members of the academic staff, and students, highlighting the importance of student leadership, democratic values, and civic responsibility within the school. The ceremony served as a significant milestone in empowering young leaders and fostering a culture of excellence and service at Visakha Vidyalaya.
