Colours Nite 2025 of Ananda College was held in celebration of the outstanding sporting achievements and dedication of its student athletes, recognizing those who brought honour and distinction to the college through excellence in sports.
Organized by the Prefects’ Guild in collaboration with the Sports Council of Ananda College, the event brought together students, staff, alumni, and distinguished guests to applaud the commitment, perseverance, and teamwork demonstrated by Anandians throughout the sporting year.
The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Nahil Wijesuriya and Guest of Honour Bimal Wijesinghe, whose presence added significance to the evening as awards and colours were presented to deserving sportsmen for their exceptional performances and contributions to the college’s proud sporting legacy.
Adding to the celebratory atmosphere were captivating guest performances by the dance team of Lindsay Girls’ School and Kithu Kinara of Asian Grammar School, whose vibrant performances entertained the audience and enriched the evening’s programme.
