Primary English Day 2026 of St. Lawrence’s Convent, Colombo, was held on 25 September 2026 at the school’s Main Hall, bringing together students for a vibrant celebration of English language, creativity and the performing arts.
Commencing from 7.30 a.m., the programme featured a lively mix of singing, dancing, band performances and drama, giving the young students an opportunity to express their talents and build confidence through the English language.
Mrs. Anne Perera graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, adding significance to the celebration.
A special highlight of the programme was a drama performance by the Upper School students, who took the stage with a dedicated production that added another dimension to the day’s festivities.
Through music, movement and theatrical performances, Primary English Day 2026 showcased the creativity and enthusiasm of the students while celebrating the importance of English through an engaging and memorable school event.
