The world’s toughest problems will be addressed one solution at a time. But who will lead this
change? Young bright minds around the world competing in Microsoft Imagine Cup 2012:
World’s premier student technology competition will make that change happen.
This is the 10th year for the global Imagine cup competition and 8th year for the Sri Lanka competition. This year Microsoft challenged students around the world to step up to “Imagine a world where technology helps solve the toughest problems”.
Software design being the biggest competition category gives a platform for students to create real world solutions using Microsoft tools and technologies. Competitors can unleash their creativity and passion to make a difference.
Six teams have advanced to the finals after going through the preliminaries and semifinals. And they are fully geared up to show their colors on stage on 27th April 2012 at the grand finals.
Winning team will represent the country in the Imagine Cup 2012 World Finals in Sydney, Australia in July 2012.
