Visakha Vidyalaya held the 'Pahan Ceremony 2017' on 28th of September 2017 from 9am onwards at the Jeramias Dias Hall to mark the prestigious Investiture Ceremony of the Senior Prefects of Visakha Vidyalaya.
Visakha Vidyalaya held the 'Pahan Ceremony 2017' on 28th of September 2017 from 9am onwards at the Jeramias Dias Hall to mark the prestigious Investiture Ceremony of the Senior Prefects of Visakha Vidyalaya.
The brand new Senior Prefectorial Body comprising of the finest young leaders within the school, were bestowed with the cardinal responsibility of protecting and maintaining the standards and the decorum of the school. The newly elected Guild took oath of office to commit and act towards the betterment of Visakha Vidyalaya. The pinning of the badges took place with great prestige and eminence for they were presented with the highest position of the student body.
The out going Senior Prefects' Guild was appreciated for their immense dedication and the outstanding leadership they rendered to Visakha Vidyalaya during the period of holding office. They were awarded with certificates as a token of appreciation for their service.
The newly established Senior Prefects' Guild was emphasized on the level of discipline and perseverance they are to maintain in their positions, as the Senior Prefectorial Body plays a prominent role in the development of the school.
