The Pahan Ceremony of Visakha Vidyalaya celebrating the annual appointment of the senior prefects was held on the 29th of September 2016 at the Jeremias Dias Hall.

Being presented with this prestigious title is one of the highest and the most sought after honours for a Visakhian, making this ceremony one of the most highlighted events in the school calendar. It is considered to be not only a leadership opportunity for a Visakhian, but also a life changing experience which moulds them to be the best version of themselves.

This year, the students who were granted this honour were,

Asalya Bandara - Deputy School Captain (Arts and Commerce Section)
