Visakha Vidyalaya pronounced the Junior Prefects for 2018 and 2019 on the 10th of May 2018 at the Nelum Ceremony which was held at the Jeramias Dias Hall from 9am onwards.
Visakha Vidyalaya pronounced the Junior Prefects for 2018 and 2019 on the 10th of May 2018 at the Nelum Ceremony which was held at the Jeramias Dias Hall from 9am onwards.
The badging ceremony was conducted under the headship of Madam Principal Sandamali Aviruppola and the collective dedication of the academic staff of the school. The students were elected by bringing to consideration their discipline, academic performance in their school studies as well as their extra curricular achievements.
The out going junior Prefects imparted a great deal of advices to the Junior Prefects of 2018/2019; on the means of proceeding the duties of their newly appointed office. The girls were made aware of their duties and responsibilities as Junior Prefects and thereby, took oaths to abide by the rules set forth by Visakha Vidyalaya.
