Taking part in a Night Camp is indeed one of the most memorable and unique experiences one would certainly cherish as a school girl. Keeping up with the tradition, the Old Girls' Astronomical Society of Visakha Vidyalaya in collaboration with the S&T Group thus conducted the school's 21st Night Camp "Opia Stellae" organized by the Astronomical Society of Visakha Vidyalaya. It was held on Friday, the 3rd of February 2017 from 6 PM onwards, at School premises while Dr. Chandana Jayarathna graced the occasion as the chief guest. Under the dark blue skies and among the shiny stars, the students certainly had a time of their life that night observing the stars and their patterns, singing and engaging in various fun activities that kept them up all night.
