Thurstan College vs Isipathana College Inaugural Annual Football Encounter 2023 was held on 13th of May at Race course international stadium.

The stadium was filled with spectators from both sides to make the event spectacular and memorable for the players and participants.

This event was hosted and organized by Thurstan College Football wing and the two teams went head to head in order to compete for the W.A. Rohana Challenge Trophy. As expected it was an intense close battle where the full time ended in a draw while Isipathana college became victorious in the penalty shootout by 3-2.
