Two of the Most Famous Lasallian Institutions in Sri Lanka, St. Benedict's College Colombo- 13 and De Mazenod College Kandana are Battling against each other at a Special Cricket Encounter which held at the St. Benedict's College Grounds on the 15th and 16th of March 2013.

This encounter is a part of the ongoing Divisional Cricket Season and since the two Lasalian Institutions happened to be playing against each other the "Lasalian Trophy" has been organized.
