SBV Walk 2018 - The Future Awaits, Keep Your Steps

The Old Girls' Association of Sirimavo Bandaranaike Vidyalaya proudly presented the 'SBV Walk' on Saturday the 13th of January 2018 in celebration of the grand 45th anniversary of their Alma Mater.

The current and past students kept their steps up and pumped up the SBV roar throughout the streets of Colombo 07 with their school girl squads. All batches joined in to light the streets in Pink and Blue in celebration of 45 long years of true excellence.

SBV Walk was graced with the significant presence of the first and currently the only Sri Lankan sportsman to secure a world title in motorsports, Dilantha Malagamuwa who has been dominating the international Motorsports field for over 25 years under the Dilango Racing team.

The walk was followed by a Mini Carnival at the Thurstan College Grounds which brought the much loved artists Sanuka Wickramasinghe with his famous singles and the melodious Raini Charuka on one amazing stage.
