The tournament was held in two legs, leg one in Kandy and leg two in Colombo. Kandy Leg was held on 12th of December from 9am onwards at Asgiriya Grounds and the Colombo leg was held on 18th of December from 8am onwards at Racecourse Rugby Stadium.
