Board of Trustees of Musaeus College felicitated Principal Mrs. Stella Dandeniya, for her great service of 50 years to the school. The function was held at the Peter De Abrew Auditorium on 25th of May 2016 at 9.00am onwards. She was felicitated by the Chairman Mr. Ajith de Zoysa and Nursery, primary and upper school Student's amazing performances made it a memorable day for Mrs. Dandeniya.

It's a very important milestone in her career as well as in school because she joined Musaeus College as a teacher in 10th of May 1966. She was promoted as a Vice principal, a Deputy Principal and then currently as the Principal respectively, for her unique qualities and her determination to achieve higher in life. A number of functions had been organized to honor her great service to the school.

A 'Mal pooja', a religious event was organized to wish her strength and blessings for a healthy, successful life ahead. A felicitation dinner was organized by the Teacher's Guild of Musaeus College at kingsbury hotel, Colombo.
