Mahanama College painted the city in Black, Gold and Silver, as the Biggest Street event ever in Sri Lankan Big Match history took the streets to pump up the Mahanama spirit at the Golden Parade 2018 on the 10th of March 2018 Saturday from 2.30 pm onwards till dusk.

The boys celebrated the “Transformer” themed legendary decade of the Golden Parade as Mahanama College took over the Colombo streets with the finest vehicles and the skies with the brightest fireworks.
The time dawned once again for Mahanamians and they stormed the roads like lords amidst the amazing Papare music in the Mahanama Techno Trucks and Sri Lanka’s most wanted super Sports Cars. The most anticipated street event of the March Madness proceeded from Mahanama College to Greenpath featuring the Golden Parade Brand Ambassador and Sri Lankan Superstar Racing Champion Ashan Silva well known as Mr. DONUT with his beast. The exceptional cricket team of Mahanama College, who will be facing the Dons in the Battle of the Golds, were escorted in an open cut Double Decker within schools cheers.
The Mahanamian legendary decade celebrations never stopped as the proud Mahanamians awakened their party beasts for they were presented with an amazing night to party to the music of Colombo's most wanted Bands, DJs and favourite artists at the "Golden Fiesta" which began following the Goldern Parade. The party was well organized and the boys enjoyed to the fullest shining the Mahanamian pride as bright as the stars of the party night.
The Mahanamians coloured their engine beasts with Mahanamian pride and did not fail to transform the legendary Goldern Parade into a magnificent marvel Colombo has never seen.
