A celebration of music, theatre and dance ignited the premises of University of Sri Jayewardenepura on the 29th of August 2017 with the commencement of 'NADA 2017'. NADA 2017 which was organized for the 8th consecutive time by the Students' Association of the Department of Finance, University of Sri Jayewardenepura showcased the latent talents of the university undergraduates.

NADA 2017 which was organized for the 8th consecutive time by the Students' Association of the Department of Finance, University of Sri Jayewardenepura showcased the latent talents of the university undergraduates.
The Annual talent show gave a vivid experience by bringing diverse genres of aesthetics on to a single arena. Undergraduates of various departments soothed the ear drums by melodious tunes sung with their Nightingale vocals and performed tantalizing dance acts influenced by both Western and Eastern dancing. The young dramatists glamoured the theatre presenting interesting and lively dramas using the finest stagecraft.
The eighth edition of NADA 2017 revealed the concealed creative artists within the university and demonstrated the best of fine arts.
