E-Forum 2016 organized by the E-Club, the official student body of the Department of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering, University of Moratuwa, is the flagship event of the department. This forum is a platform where the industry and academia of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering in Sri Lanka meet, to bridge the gap and to accelerate forward. Panel discussion and presentation of selected final year projects are the key events of the forum. The event was held on 29th of March 2016 from 5.30pm onwards at BMICH, Colombo.

This forum is a platform where the industry and academia of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering in Sri Lanka meet, to bridge the gap and to accelerate forward. Panel discussion and presentation of selected final year projects are the key events of the forum. This year's panel discussion is based on the theme, 'Propelling Sri Lankan economy with niche areas of electronics such as semiconductor IP core and EDA tool development, software hardware co-design and robotics & automation.
