Hands In Service Phase 2.0 - University of Kelaniya

“Hands in Service” is a CSR project that the undergraduates of the Department of Commerce and Financial Management have organized. The second phase of the project was completed on the 1st of November, 2014 with handing over of the newly renovated meditation hall of the Narammala Bamburugamuwa stone cave temple in the Kurunegala District to the sangha. This event was presided over by Ven. Welamitiyawe Dharmakeerti Sri Kusaladhamma Nayaka Thera- Colombo Halawatha Dedisawe Sanganayake, the Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya and many distinguished guests including Dr. D.M. Semasinghe the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Dr. C. Pathirawasam the Head of the Department of Commerce and Financial Management, the staff of the Department and undergraduates were present at this occasion.
