The launching ceremony of 'Achiever Accountant' Journal organized by the Accountancy Students' Association of Department of Accountancy, University of Kelaniya was successfully held on 26th April 2017 at the auditorium of Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya. The event was graced by academics of University of Kelaniya, representatives from government, private and professional accounting institutions, entrepreneurs and undergraduates of the Faculty of Commerce and Management studies, University of Kelaniya.
'Achiever Accountant' journal consist with an organized, focused, curated, thematic, and respectful selection of professionally edited, in-depth articles from the areas like Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Governance, Entrepreneurship, Economics and Businesses. Articles in all areas are exploring ways that they can nurture the next generation of leaders as Department of Accountancy moves toward a more inclusive educational approach that emphasizes social justice and community outreach.
