Year after year the Asian Aviation Centre (AAC) recognizes a number of students for their out- standing performances. Once again, in order to recognize their achievements Academic Award Ceremony was held at the Empire Ball Room, Mount Lavinia Hotel on the 20th of August 2013.
Year after year the Asian Aviation Centre (AAC) recognizes a number of students for their out- standing performances. Once again, in order to recognize their achievements Academic Award Ceremony was held at the Empire Ball Room, Mount Lavinia Hotel on the 20th of August 2013.
AAC was fortunate to have Mr. Nishantha Wickremasinghe, Chairman Sri Lankan Airlines Ltd., to grace the occasion as the Chief Guest. Chairman, Asian Aviation Centre Pvt (Ltd) Veteran Film Producer and International Award Winner Mr. Chandran Rutnam, Managing Director Ms. Nihara Jayatilleke, Director Studies Air Vice Marshal EGJP De Silva (Retd), Founder & Consultant Air Vice Marshal Upali Wanasinghe (Retd), Parents, Lecturers, AAC Staff and Students were among the gathering.
The students did not fail to have a Grad Night after the ceremony to celebrate their years of hard work. The colourful night was concluded with a heap of events combine with dancing and singing. All youngsters enjoyed the evening.
Given that these youngsters have performed outstandingly well over the years, it is truly right and just to celebrate with them to wish them all the success in their future endeavors.
In this respect, special thank must be extended to student Kavinga Soysa and Sanka Soysa of AME XXV111 Batch for your untiring effort in organizing this mega event in most colourful manner with other fellow colleagues.
