There are Giant Trees in history. The shadows casted by these Giant Trees gave shade to humanity, provided shelter. But this same shade sometimes kept their seeds, their children from growing further, becoming Giants. 'In the Shadows Of Giant Trees' was an event held on July 17th at Sri Lanka Foundation Institute from 3pm onwards where 14 young writers launched 14 books they wrote about these Giant Trees and their seeds. Initially sprouted as an idea of Mr. Upul Shantha Sannasgala , this book series was Printed and will be Published by Sanhinda Printers and Publishers.
