CIMA Young Minds 2016, an initiative of CIMA in collaboration with Nelson Malborough Institute of Technology New Zealand for future leaders took place at the Mahanama College Auditorium on 28th of September 2016 with the theme, 'Opportunities beyond boundaries'. Event featured the legendary Cricketer Mahela Jayawardena sharing his experience with the students and help them shape their futures from the lessons he learnt both on field and off the field.

CIMA Young Minds 2016, an initiative of CIMA in collaboration with Nelson Malborough Institute of Technology New Zealand for future leaders took place at the Mahanama College Auditorium on 28th of September 2016. With the theme, 'Opportunities beyond boundaries' Radley Stephen – Country Head CIMA Sri Lanka, Tharindu Wijewardana Advancement Lead CIMA Sri Lanka, Virginia Watson Director of Marketing and International Development NMIT New Zealand were presenting opportunities in the respective fields and the guest speaker from HNB Chiranthi Cooray Chief Human Resource Officer addressed 'The Skills gap and what HR professionals expect from school leavers'.
