Ceylon Motor Sports Club with the collaboration of Carlton Sports Network presents the Colombo Drag Race on November 5 at Green Path, in Colombo 7.
Colombo Drag Racing (Official CMSC and Carlton Sports Network CSN Event), Green Path, November 5th. Entries to be open for the Public by the 14th of October 2011 and close by the 1st November. Individual Timing's will begin from 5pm on the 5th for the top 16 places in each class. The 16 top times in each class will run each other in an elimination format at the Main event. The main event will begin from 10am onwards. Christmas Tree starting light's and official Timing equipment to be used. The Drag's will incorporate stalls with entertainment and food as well. Racing will take place on the Vihara Mahadevi side of green path with two cars against each other. The other side will be for spectators, food and the Paddock. It will be a Festival of Speed.
IMPORTANT - Entry forms will be Issued and Accepted at B.R.J.W enterprises in Kohuwela between 9am and 5pm on Weekdays. The Forms will be available from 21st October onwards. For all of you that Registered on the CMSC group page, you will receive a Priority email from the admin with the Form's. Price per car/entry is now Rs 3500/=
