The culmination of three academic years and the final soirée for Graduates of any academia is
the Graduation Ball held each year. The annual event that has been in practice since the first
graduating batch will be held in grand scale and style this year too.
This extravagant celebration is planned to be an unforgettable moment for the students and
participants of all sorts, with an evening of lush surroundings, musical magic and surprises
around every corner, making it a memorable Graduation Ball in APIIT’s history - as a
celebration, re-union and a tradition with splendor.
We expect to offer an exceptionally new experience and most of all, an enjoyable time all throughout, with activities and games to go with the chosen theme and especially to develop fellowship among the graduates and the freshman’s. It will be open to everyone and tickets will be sold prior to the event.
Purpose of the Event
• An evening organized for fresh graduates to celebrate the successful completion of their life at APIIT
• Communicate and advertise the prestige of APIIT as the top most Higher Education Institute in Sri Lanka, where quality always matters
• To build long term relationships among students, lecturers and professionals in the industry
• Promote the capabilities of the academic staff and students, which will exhibit a good name for the institute among other academic institutions, business organizations as well as the general public
• Build organizing and interpersonal skills, moral and encourage communication of the organizing committee and students
• A night to pay gratitude to our lecturers, for the support and guidance given to us at all times towards our foremost accomplishment
