Once in the budding youth, a high skilled young community enters universities. As it is aware, AIESEC is world's largest student run organization that shapes the leadership in undergraduates aged up to 28 years. As the name itself suggests, FUSION 2012 is a joint effort of AIESEC in University of Colombo (CCLC) and AIESEC in University of Sri J'pura (JLC) to furnish the leadership of 100 young undergraduates. FUSION 2012, the out standing Leadership Development Seminar will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of June at the Wijeya Resort, Kiriella where you would experience once in a life time experience that would either change or improve your life direction.

FUSION 2012 is operated to achieve several high demanded and valuable perspectives related to youth leadership development and youth empowerment. The dynamic undergraduates will be learning the soft skills of a "good leader", various dimensions of leadership and the necessity of practical application of the leadership. Due to the rapid change of the world, each individual has to create and maintain a unique leadership and a personality to survive safely in the change. FUSION 2012 will be the ideal platform to begin that and to further maintain the leader in you. That's why you should be there at FUSION 2012
