I am Ama Indeewari Liyanage, a prospective artist / second year student at University of Toronto, Mississauga studying Life Sciences. Painting is my favourite pastime. Having taken art as an elective throughout high school, I got the opportunity to be free to let ideas flow on to the canvas than stick to symmetry and proportionate figures. I have sold my art work at charity auctions and galas. It was rewarding to direct my talent towards helping others. I feel lucky to have found my passion and have the opportunity to explore it to the limit. I would love to hold a solo exhibition in the future with a larger collection of my paintings and sculptures. If I ever get bored of my future career it's good to know that I have a back up plan ready. Your critiques are very welcome!
